Judges vs. Trump: Tariffs Blocked, Citizenship on the Line, and the Courts in the Crosshairs
I had the honor of hosting the Joe Piscopo show today, from 6-10 AM ET.
We had some terrific guests, including Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative, who weighed in on today’s surprise decision by a three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of International Trade that banned most of President Trump’s tariffs.
